Can photography, video and SnapNShare run at the same time?
Yes. Where services operate simultaneously, we allocate separate trained team members so that conference coverage and guest delivery are both handled properly.
Can you cover several conference rooms?
Yes. We plan the crew around the run of show and can provide additional photographers or videographers for concurrent sessions and breakout rooms.
Can you provide conference photographs during the event?
Yes. Rapid hero selections and same day content can be included when agreed and resourced in advance.
How quickly are the conference photographs delivered?
We target delivery by 10am the following morning. During exceptionally busy periods or international assignments, delivery may be later, but it will always be within 24 hours.
Can you record complete speaker sessions?
Yes. Session recording, presentation feeds, professional audio and multi camera coverage can be included within the agreed production specification.
Can images carry our event or sponsor branding?
