The London Arrhythmia Summit is a specialist medical conference focused on cardiac arrhythmias, electrophysiology, pacing and cardiac devices.
Held at The King’s Fund in London, the 2026 summit brought together cardiologists, electrophysiologists, cardiac physiologists, specialist nurses, trainees and other healthcare professionals for a concentrated programme of clinical education.
The programme featured leading UK and international specialists delivering short, focused presentations, expert discussions and debates addressing some of the most important questions in modern arrhythmia care. Topics included atrial fibrillation, pacing, cardiac devices, anticoagulation, ablation, artificial intelligence and emerging developments within electrophysiology.
The Photo Team was commissioned to provide professional conference photography between 8am and 2pm, covering the opening of the summit and its principal morning sessions.

Specialist medical conferences require a different approach from general corporate events.
The photography needed to communicate the authority and educational value of the summit while documenting the people, discussions and professional relationships that brought the event to life.
Within a six hour commissioned coverage period, our photographer needed to capture:
Clinical presentations frequently contain detailed or sensitive information. The photographer therefore needed to work discreetly, avoiding disruption while still capturing strong images of the speakers, audience and content being presented.
We assigned an experienced professional conference photographer who understood how to work independently within a fast moving live programme.
Coverage began at 8am, allowing time to photograph the venue, signage, stage and branded details before the main sessions were fully underway. These establishing images gave the organisers valuable visual assets that placed the event clearly at The King’s Fund and reinforced the identity of the London Arrhythmia Summit.
Once the programme began, our photographer worked quietly around the room, combining wide establishing photographs with tighter images of individual speakers, panel members and audience interaction.
Particular attention was given to:
The photographer continuously adapted to changes in lighting, presentation screens and movement around the venue. This ensured consistent image quality across the stage, audience and networking areas without interfering with the educational programme.

The London Arrhythmia Summit received a professionally edited image library documenting the people, expertise and atmosphere behind the 2026 event.
Rather than simply recording who appeared on stage, the photography presented the summit as an authoritative and engaging educational experience. The final collection brought together speakers, clinical debate, delegate interaction, event branding and the professional environment of The King’s Fund.
The images provide the organisers with reusable content for:
The assignment demonstrates The Photo Team’s ability to deliver dependable, unobtrusive photography for specialist medical conferences where credibility, accuracy and professional presentation matter.
