Conducted within your office on location, the photographer will attend and find a suitable location to meet your brief, pictures will be taken professionally, edited and provided the next day.
Headshots with studio effect background

Our professional headshot sessions are conducted at your location of choice, using our fully portable studio setup. With studio lighting and a clean white background, we deliver the gold standard of corporate headshot photography, consistent, professional results every time. Images are carefully edited and supplied the very next day, giving you high quality portraits that are ready to use across LinkedIn, websites, and marketing materials.

Prices vary depending on the type of business photography you require, the length of your event, the number of professional photographers needed, and the level of post production editing involved. Whether you need quick headshots, coverage for a trade show, or multi day conference photography, The Photo Team can provide a flexible solution that suits your requirements.
You can hire our professional photographers for as little as one hour for standard headshots or short commercial sessions, through to full day coverage of up to 10 hours for large scale events. Multi day events are also supported, with tailored packages available simply contact our team to discuss your project in more detail.

The cost for our videography services are a little bit more complex and less straight forward than just an hourly rate. This is due to a variety of different equipment that is required for capturing different types of content as well as the time required for editing.

- Capture suitable elements of as many aspects of the event to create a highlight showreel (static & roaming video)
- Audio capture (discretion of videographer)
- Find suitable music for edit
- Add branding if required, client to provide PNG files of logos, animated logos not included in price
- Compile draft edit of filmed footage to create a highlight showreel (7-10 days)
- Draft video approval
- Finalise edit with minor re-edits/changes
- Video format supplied in high & low resolution
- Password protected online viewing
- Please specify if you require something other than a highlight showreel, different charges apply for full capture of events including full audio capture (static filming)
